I am often asked,

"How long have you been doing this?"

" Doing what?" I reply.

"Whatever this is."

“You just did it, and you can't describe it?" I ask with a smile.

"It's hard to put into words."

"I agree," I say, still smiling.

I use sound and music to bring you into a relaxed state that induces meditation. It helps you release tension from your body, and relieves you of repetitive thoughts. And, I've been doing this since 2013.

I truly believe that meditation is one of the best disciplines you can put in place for yourself. With regular practice, meditation reduces stress, relieves anxiety, lowers heart rate, lowers blood pressure, improves sleep, boosts immunity, decreases inflammatory disorders, and so much more.

One of the best benefits of meditation is what it does for your mind. Meditation teaches you to be in the presence of your thoughts without passing judgment and to listen beyond the restrictions of your mind to the eternal wisdom of your heart. I call this Transcendent Listening.

The unrestricted mind is the infinite mind that gives a voice to the eternal wisdom of the heart.
