Please respect the serenity of the studio.
Arrive Early. Plan on arriving a few minutes early to get settled in. This will give you a few minutes of quiet calm to set your intentions for your session.
Leave your phone in the car. Please do not bring your cell phone or your Apple Watch into the studio. These items are not necessary, and provide an unwelcome distraction to the inherent peace of a sound healing session.
Remove your shoes in the hallway. Please help to keep the studio clean by removing your shoes in the hallway.
Enter the studio quietly. If it is a group session, you may engage in quiet conversation before your session begins. During your session, please do not whisper or speak to others.
Preparing For your appointment
Please consider the following as you get ready for your appointment:
Mats, blankets and pillows are provided for you.
Cubbies are provided for your personal belonging, but please leave your phone and anything of value at home or in your car.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
If you eat before your appointment, please try to eat light food only and try to finish at least one hour before your appointment. You will benefit most if your body is not busy digesting.
Refrain from drinking alcoholic beverages or indulging in recreational drugs before and after your appointment.
Set an intention for the session. Your intention can be as simple as "I want to relax," or "I love when I am relaxed" and it can be more profound i.e. "I want to release emotional pain and anxiety," or "I love when I am pain free and peaceful."
We understand that sometimes unavoidable circumstances arise, and appointments have to be cancelled or rescheduled. Cancellation and/or rescheduling can be made 12 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel less than 12 hours before your appointment, you will be expected to pay the full appointment fee. If you are unable to cancel or reschedule your appointment through the online booking system, please call or text (201) 874 - 7255 during regular business hours.
